- Black mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Cumin: 1/2 tsp
- Dry chilly: 1
- Sugar: 1/3 cup
- Any vegetable oil: 3 tsp
- Water: 1/2 cup
- Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
- First of all, you should consider heating the oil in a specific pan.
- The next step is to add the dry spices in it. After that, you should start with the red chilli. For this, you need to break it in half and then throw in the hot oil.
