Cow milk is much better than the other resources of milk due to its constituency and composition. While it is easier to digest cow milk, it is also beneficial for the regulatory health functions of the body and this why, clarified butter made from Cow milk is much beneficial than Ghee made from other sources.

Though passing hard stools with constraint happens to be the most common symptom of constipation, there are other ways the body can signal a disrupted excretory system as well. Some of the common ones are:

  • Passing hard and small stools
  • Feeling the stomach has not been emptied

Normally just 35 grams of fibre is enough to maintain a healthy digestive system. Prolonged constipation causes other things in the later stages which are way more painful and discomforting than the basic problem.

On the other hand, Ripe and softer bananas tend to act as a laxative for the body making it easier to pass the stools. Be careful of what you eat! However, if the problem persists do make sure that you consult a doctor!

A spoonful of Ghee or clarified butter of cow milk will relieve constipation and also lubricate the body.
